Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting our marketplace, downloading and using our apps as well as shopping with OneBasket Online.

Following are the terms and conditions that guide our shipping and delivery services:

To return your product, you should mail your product to services@onebasket.rw
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However, our guaranteed time of delivery within Kigali City is three hours.

Delivery Times

All orders are promptly processed for immediate, same day or scheduled, later date deliveries. Food orders take a maximum of 30 minutes from the time our drivers pick your up order from partner restaurants. Scheduled, same-day deliveries may take up to two hours. Express deliveries are made within minutes.

We accept and process orders throughout the weekends and the holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may delay slightly. Please allow up to at least 10 hours for same day promotional sale products and/or promotional deliveries. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone., plase contact services@onebasket.rw

Some individual items may ship separately.

Prohibited Goods/Contraband:

We do not accept sale or delivery of products that are unlawful, contraband, hazardous, or flammable liquids or gases.

Delivery Process and Schedule

1. We deliver all products that are listed on our marketplace by partner stores in Kigali City within a radius of 40 Kms. Some areas a little further than that may be considered on a special case. Starting in August, we plan to also deliver in the six secondary cities and thereafter, all over Rwanda.
2. Delivery Schedule : Other than food, fulfilment for orders placed AFTER 04:00 PM will be made the NEXT DAY.  OBO Loyalty membership holders receive instant deliveries.
3.  To source fresh foods, fruits, vegetables and flowers directly from Certified Partner Farms, deliveries will be made in 1-2 days.
4. Delivery Charges : Free delivery for orders above RWF 50,000.
5. We follow a Zero Wastage Policy. We do not stock or cold store fruits, vegetables or other perishable goods. These orders are delivered direct from the farms to the customers.
6. Harvests of most fruits, vegetables and flowers are seasonal and may NOT be available all the time.
